1. Who We Are

Visionaire Global ("Visionaire", "we", "us") is the Data Fiduciary responsible for the personal data collected through this website. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), we determine the purpose and means of processing your personal data.

2. Personal Data We Collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your organization (if provided)
  • Consent metadata: whether you consented, the timestamp of your consent, and the version of this Privacy Policy you consented to

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your personal data (a "Data Principal"'s data, in DPDP Act terms) to:

  • Maintain and manage the Visionaire Global waitlist
  • Send you updates about our products and launch timelines
  • Respond to enquiries you send us
  • Maintain a record of consent as required by law

4. Legal Basis: Your Consent

We process your personal data on the basis of free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous consent, given through a clear affirmative action, as required by Section 6 of the DPDP Act. You may withdraw consent at any time, with effect for future processing, by contacting us using the details in Section 10 below. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Your Rights as a Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

  • Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing activities associated with it
  • Request correction, completion, or updating of your personal data
  • Request erasure of your personal data once it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity
  • Lodge a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved

6. Data Retention

We retain waitlist data, including consent records, for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described above, or until you request erasure, whichever is earlier, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

7. Sharing and Cross-Border Transfer

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as our database and infrastructure providers) under contractual obligations of confidentiality and security. Any transfer of personal data outside India is made in accordance with the DPDP Act and any restrictions notified by the Central Government.

8. Security Safeguards

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access controls and encryption in transit, to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

9. Children's Data

Our waitlist is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without verifiable parental consent, as required by the DPDP Act.

10. Grievance Officer

For any questions, requests, or grievances regarding this Privacy Policy or your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer at privacy@visionaireglobal.com. We will acknowledge and address grievances within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Act.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and policy version above, and, where required, we will seek fresh consent.
